If she doesn't make an apperance I think that she will be making a huge mistake! It's always been Lucas and Peyton, along with Nathan and Haley, and can't forget Brooke! These 5 people are who the show has been about from the start! If she doesn't return with little Sawyer there are going to be a lot of upset fans!
